I love this new photo of my bros son Brandon ( aka little big man ) he is sooo cute. I can not wait to see them in January. So excited to have a little guy in our family. I am really looking forward to having a kid some day. I know i will be a good dad.

2 Holiday Parties and the Improv

This is the season of a million holiday parties. I had three this weekend and three more next weekend. Its really great to see so much holiday spirit these days as they are trying days, with the economy acting up and lots of people losing there jobs. The plan was my really good friend Yvonne had wanted to take me to see Todd Barry at the Improv so the plan was we would hit up the parties then head to the show. it worked out well since both parties this night were with in 5 blocks of each other. Then we headed to the imrpov to get silly. The show was very good. The main act Todd barry was very funny.

Ultrabar Dancing Baby!!

So this sat went to Ultrabar. Took a little while for the music to kick it into high gear but after that is was so fun. I really had a blast. been hangin out with some new friends and they are into dancing big time and i love that because I LOVE TO DANCE. As Justin Timberlake said "I am bringing dancing back YA" One of the new peeps that came was Brittany. This girl can not only dance but she is just really fun to hang with. I met her through an extremely wonderful person Christina ( AKA Xtina ) who also just has so much fun positive energy when out on the town. They are extremely fun to hang out with. May be active so please use only in small doses. Anyways i think i won the dance off. Brittany will not admit it even though she did tell me at the club "wow how can you do that with your back" LOL. I think we need a dance off II

Romania Embassy Party

my good friend Christine invited me to the "Romania Embassy Party" xmas party today. This was pretty darn cool. The best part besides hangin with my friends was the food. I knew Romania food was good but this was off the hook. Hmm I am thinking about it right now. Ok time to ask Christine to make some hehe

Thanks Giving with the Family

So I headed to va beach to hang out with my bro Lester and dad for thanks giving. Was a really fun weekend. Got to hang out with out thing coming up taking us away from hangin out. Just some nice decompress time with the family uou know. Plus guy and lester made the famoues raviolis that were SOOOOO good. All and all a great thanks giving.

Friends + Chinese Food = Fun

Hung out with Mina, Carmel , Jay and jack. Order some food and got all goofy. Love hangin out with these fools. They are all going to Miami wish i could go :-( need to save money. These are trying times money wise. Just got to much going out got to sped less. I am sure most people are in the same boat.

GROWING OLD TOGETHER

Could not sleep again last night and woke up at 4 in the morning. lots of my mind these days. This phrase came into my head "She sits by his side looking out the window. Sounds of machines playing god." and i had to get up walk to my pc in my office and explore why.

this is the poem / story i came up with.

GROWING OLD TOGETHER

She sits by his side looking out the window. Sounds of machines playing god. She runs her hands through his gray hair. She wonders why he has to leave with out her. She can not see herself with out his soul snug next to hers on those cold dark and rainy nights. It’s been a long life together, a good life. How many can say they died in bed while holding the hand of the love of their life.

She met him in her 20's. It was love at first site. While all of her friends moved from person to person searching for their soul mate, their lobster, she knew she had found him when he greeted her with that smug smile on that first date. "How could one be so lucky" she thought?

While the night is filled with sadness it is also filled with happiness for the joy he has brought her over those many years. She squeezes his hand. He squeezes hers. His eyes open just enough to get a last look at his love. He can not talk but she knows what he is thinking. He is saying thank you my dear. Thank you for being there for me all of these years. Like a World War II love poem she can see it in his eyes. The machines start to yell. They are not happy. But she smiles as she knows he is no longer in pain.

"The pain is gone now my dear. I will never forget you and I will join you some day soon"

Last night I saw Rita Moreno in concert. I must admit going to it I did not thing i would be that into it. I got free tickets because my brother invited me. he always gets the free hook up to anything and everything artys. If not for my bro i would not have seen near as much artys things over the past year. Anyways back to the point she was very very good. I mean funny , witty told amazing storys about lots of mover and shakers in the movie industry ect. I enjoyed it allot. Thanks bro for the tix.

San Francisco Happy Hour

So had a sweet old happy hour at Tunnel top in sf this weekend with all of my west cost buddies. Was so fun catching up with peeps. Saw two friends i have not seen in over 18 years i think.Crazy how time flys.

my bro and John O and Dianna who i have not seen in over 18 years. me and john used to be partners in crime back in the day. So glad to see this guy now when i go back to the city.

So glad to hang with my girl Rachel. This girl is so fun and full if life. So glad she was able to make it out to hang with us. We had a blast.

The dc crew all seem to be in sf hahah. Joel was visiting from SD but my boy Genesh lives in sf now and my good friend Mina was visited for work. Seems like there is no sortege in supply of people i met in dc moving back to sf.

My Little Bros Boy

So I found out today my little bro Jack and his girl Tina just gave birth to a baby boy named Brandon. I am soooo siked about this I can not even explain. Out of the 4 of us he is the first one to have a kid and we are getting old. it is making me thing about how I really need to get going if i want to have kids some day. Yes I do want kids. I am not entirely ready yet but thinking about it more and more now.

I can only guess how happy my dad and mom are. They now have grandchildren and no longer will have to guilt trip us into having kids. Well who knows maybe i will still get it so there is an east cost kid since jacks is west cost hehe. But i could see the pride in my dads face when he talked about it this weekend and the joy in my mom voice over the phone. I think grand parents love being grand parents because they get the joy of the kids but do not have to go through the bad stuff. I am sure my mom and dad are like thinking "hmm now they will now what we went through raising you" hehe

Either way I am so excited to see little b-dog as I call him. I will have to get a flight to sf some time for sure. maybe a few month after he settles into his new home. Welcome Brandon we are so happy to have you here little buddy :-) and yes when you come visit i will play with you more then your old daddy will as my whole fam.ly knows how much energy i have to play with kids lol I am naturally still a kid hehe

PS: me and my bro when we were kids argued over who would have a kid first as who ever did would beat up the other kid hehe. So jack you beat me but my boy Willi already offered up his boy to my kids posse ( east cost baby ) so you best be ready son :-)

PSS: I love you bro can not wait to see you and Tina thanks for going through all of that well you know. I have seen at least 3 kids born and well let just say I am happy I do not have to do that :-)
